HR MANAGEMENT BALTIC is one of the leading HRM consulting, recruitment and executive search companies in Lithuania.
The closed joint stock company “Personalo valdymo grupe” was established in 2003.

According to our mission – to submit integrated and long-term decisions of staff managing for business companies and our vision – to reach that maximum quality of staff managing would become our visiting card not only in Lithuania, but also in the other Baltic States.

Experience – 17 from 19 members of our team in JSC „HR Management Baltic“ have experience of company, subdivision, team management, and active sale experience. 11 of them are organizational psychologists or have experience in HR Manager‘s positions, inside the organisations.
